As long as the comments are being used to ask random questions unlikely to be answered:

How many novels have you formatted?

How many clients have you had?

What are your rates?

Do clients come back for repeat business?

Would any of your clients be willing to be identified so we can take a look at the quality of your work?

We've had an on-and-off again discussion in this blog regarding the quality of self-pubbed books and just how much it really costs for selfpubbers to reproduce the services provided by more traditional publishers. We'd love more data.

I don't anticipate "jeny ruelo" actually responding, since she asked me who did the formatting of Ray Nagin's book. Also, "jeny ruelo" has really odd grammar. Here's hoping it's because she's not a native speaker of English, and that her "formatting" services do not extend to anything resembling proofing or copyediting.
